Once we make contact, either by phone or email, we will set up a consultation visit.
I will come to your home or office, and bring along some materials for you to peruse while we are discussing your project.
This might help you get some ideas of plans or decor you would like to implement.
I might suggest beforehand
that you have a list of what goals you would like to accomplish, and what special needs you might have. It is also a
good idea to have a budget in mind, for any supplies, furniture or organizational tools we might need.

This initial visit will be approximately 30-60 minutes in length.
After this, I will develop a plan and a list of possible items for purchase. This stage may take about a week.
Next we will plan a time to get down to business! Depending on the project, this will most likely take place on a
weekend, and can last for several hours (perhaps on several different days - we want to avoid "organizational burnout!").
Please keep in mind that the work can sometimes be a bit emotionally taxing - it is difficult to make decisions and then
actually part with things that may have been in your life and space for years!
Some projects may require multiple
stages. I will do my best to outline a time frame for completion. If you have personal papers to go through, I
will assign this as "homework" to be completed after I am gone. Also, please rest assured that everything
we say and do during the process is confidential.
Once the project is complete and to your satisfaction, I
will submit a bill for services. You can make payment via cash, personal check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, or Discover).
I will save information on your project in my files, should you have future need to
reference any materials, paint colors, or organizational tools used.
