This medical office was hopelessly outdated and unorganized.
It just had not been updated for years (decades, actually!) and the new tenant was ready to have a more presentable, professional
office.
Here you can see the unorganized, cluttered front desk area.
In the next few photos, you can see different views of the two
exam rooms, with mismatched cabinets, cluttered countertops, and not nearly enough storage space. In addition,
the walls are plain, antiseptic white.
Although you cannot see the dreary details, some of the brown cabinets on
the bottom actually have layers of fake wood laminate peeling off in sections.

Beautiful new reception area! Organized much more efficiently,
and so updated!
A new box with cubbies was installed above the copy machine to house forms, paper, etc. Note
the extra space above the tall cabinets that could hold attractive file boxes, for storage of old medical charts, etc.
We included deep storage cabinets reaching almost to the ceiling, fitted with these slide-out
bins/drawers to store inventory AND make it easy to reach and keep track of stock! The level of each of these
bins can be adjusted depending on what types and sizes of items you need to store.
Here you see one of the exam rooms, updated with cabinetry that complements that at the front desk, as well
as plenty of efficient storage and new countertops and sink.
Wall-mounted
paper towel holders and glove box holders clear up valuable counter space while keeping everything within easy reach for everyday
use.
The other exam room also boasts fresh new cabinetry, reaching to the ceiling to make
the most of vertical space. Coordinating wall shelves hold a small stereo system, as well as leaving plenty of room
for additional supplies or displays.
A pleasing neutral wall color throughout the space complements the
new cabinets and counters, and gives a fresh, clean atmosphere without appearing too clinical or institutional.
